According to Tom the Somm

Happy Forth of July. Are BBQing ribs or chicken or steak? A very nice pairing with the ribs or steak is the Wattle Creek Red Blend from the Jean Charles Boisset Collection. This wine is from the Russian River Valley, Northern CA. A favorite of many of my friends. They like the balance of the fruit and tannins in other words it is just tasty. It is a blend of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Petit Syrah and Petit Verdot. The structure and boldness of the Cabernet Sauvignon is balanced and smoothed out by the fruitiness of the Zinfandel & Petit Verdot.
Are you grilling chicken or seafood the Wattle Creek White 2019 Blend is a lovely wine of Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and Chardonnay and should be served well chilled (40 degrees).
Cant decide red or white try the 2019 Wattle Creek Rose. A beautiful salmon color that complements most foods. You may taste Strawberries, cherries, raspberry’s and rose petals on the palate. Always serve cold. These three wines are available at my.boissetcollection.com//tdwines.
