Why wine? My husband and I have always enjoyed the experience but we found something that we did not know is the people we would meet and the friendships we would make along the way. This is our journey. We started tasting at a local restaurant that was close to our home. They had monthly wine tastings and we met some fun and interesting people. Some had a definite idea of what they liked to drink and some had to develop a palette including me. I was not a fan of any red wines unless there was chocolate involved.
The reason we started the small business, my husband decided to become a sommelier and I decided to become a Wine Ambassador with the Jean Charles Boisset Collection, he has wineries in California and France. My husband enjoys teaching about wine, tasting and how to develop one’s palette and I like the idea that we can do wine tastings with wonderful wines it is so much fun.
