Hello, thank you for visiting our website. A goal of mine through this website is to share my experience and travels as a Sommelier with you and expand the knowledge of wine with everyone. So, if you only like sweet wines, crisp whites, bold reds or any mix or wines, it’s okay. Everybody’s palate is different and can be expanded. Even my wine preferences have changed over time. My wife was originally set on off-dry, white wines with some residual sugar, but over time has moved onto yummy Pinot Noir’s from Oregon and Burgundy as well as luscious Zinfandel’s from the Sonoma / Napa valleys.
